Back for the season! This artisanal autumn blend is crafted with Hojicha (also spelled Houjicha), a traditional Japanese Roasted Green Tea, and with the leaves of the ancient Ginkgo tree. The tea is harvested late in the season and roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal giving it a dark brown hue for a green tee which is traditionally enjoyed during the cooler months. The smoky flavors blend well with orange peels, Orange Pekoe, Anise, Ginger Root, and a touch of fresh Vanilla Bean in this bold yet comforting blend with aromas reminiscent of freshly raked autumn leaves.
