All  Decaffeinated coffees are "Swiss Water Process". A fine mountain-grown Arabica bean, becoming increasingly rare. A rich and smooth full-bodied coffee, exhibiting a thick syrupyness, exquisite acid balance, and a deep, fragrant, complex aroma, with subtle hints of bittersweet chocolate.
