This dressing can be used to fill or pack the dead space in a wound, and features an optimal gelling profile to avoid sticking to the wound bed and maintain physical integrity for easy removal in one piece. A secondary dressing is required for proper placement and to protect the wound from outside contaminants. The dressing is non-occlusive and can be trimmed to fit the wound dimensions.
