Water temperature : 90-95ºC (194-205ºF)2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:20, 5grams tea with 100ml water3. Time : steep for 2 minutes. You can get 3-6 infusions infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds or so for each infusion.
