The FLYSYNC USB drive utilizes the Collins Connect app to download your Collins Navigation databases on the go. No longer do you have to go to a Windows PC and download to your desktop and then transfer to the USB drive. The FLYSYNC USB connects to the iPad via WiFI and transfers the Navigation database. The FLYSYNC when paired with the Collins Connect app will allow for a basic flight plan transfer from ForeFlight into proper Collins FMS Pilot route format. Note named SIDS and STARS are populated as basic lat/long. The FLYSYNC USB also allows for easy downloading of MDC reports so that they can be accessed by the iPad for easy emailing to your trusted Collins dealer for troubleshooting.
