It is constructed of 1 3/8"-thick, firm cross-linked polyethylene foam, offering a stable surface with excellent shock absorbency—especially beneficial for wrists and ankles. Thanks to its superior support and cushioning, this mat is also ideal for high-intensity activities such as martial arts, Pilates, and other fitness training. Fastening straps are located on each end, allowing multiple mats to be connected together to create a longer padded run.
