But don’t just take my word for it, try it out and see for yourself! You’ll Need: - 4 oz sparkling wine- 1 oz lemon juice- ½ oz simple syrup- 6 blackberries- Mint leaves for garnish To Make:  1. In glass, muddle blackberries, lemon & simple syrup2. Fill glass with ice 3. Pour sparking wine over ice4. Gently stir all ingredients 5. Garnish with mint leaves6.
