Our Maple Pecan Sourdough Bread is dotted with farm-fresh organic pecans and has the just the right hint of maple sweetness from organic pure maple syrup. Toasted and buttered, its simplicity speaks volumes.  Made with locally grown wheat bread flour and locally grown whole wheat flour, we use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.  When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
