6 Buns - a delicious and seasonal variation on our popular Cinnamon Bun. Only available in December! Our classic Cinnamon Dough Buns are updated with a fabulous seasonal spin. Orange, cardamom and the zing of fresh cranberries make this such a delicious sweet bun. Cream cheese icing with a hint of orange and more fresh ground cardamom provides the perfect finishing touch. We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche type dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the spice bun.
