Sourdough Bread Class

Sourdough Bread Class/Experience Join a group of fellow sourdough lovers for a fun few hours learning the basics about sourdough bread! You’ll go home with everything you need to mix and bake your own delicious sourdough artisan loaf on an ongoing basis. If you already have your group of 4-6 besties and want to take the class together, reach out to schedule your own session. Must have at least 4 attendees for the class to take place. The class is approximately 3.5 hours long. Highlights include: feeding your own starter (the jar goes home with you) mixing dough for an artisan loaf  shaping dough and placing in banneton to proof scoring and baking an artisan loaf You will go home with a fresh baked artisan loaf, dough to proof and bake at home the next day, class handout with what we discussed, recipe to make your own artisan loaves and all the basic supplies you will need to bake your weekly loaf.   Cancellation policy:  If you need cancel out 1 week or more prior to class, you will
