Sourdough Bread Class

Sourdough Bread Class ($100 per person) Gather your group of 4 to 7 fellow sourdough lovers for a fun few hours learning the basics about sourdough bread! You’ll go home with everything you need to mix and bake your own delicious sourdough artisan loaf on an ongoing basis. The class is approximately 3 hours long. Highlights include: learning about sourdough starter and caring for it feeding your own starter (the jar goes home with you) mixing dough for an artisan loaf  shaping dough and placing in banneton to proof scoring and baking an artisan loaf You will go home with a jar of freshly fed starter, a fresh baked artisan loaf, dough to proof and bake at home the next day, class handout with what we discussed, recipe to make your own artisan loaves and all the basic supplies you will need to bake your weekly loaf.
