Sourdough Demi-Baguettes (2 per order)

Each order includes 2 Demi-Baguettes These just might be the tastiest French Baguettes you have! Made with locally grown and milled organic wheat, filtered water and salt. And that’s it!  Each Demi-Baguette is about 320 grams or over 11 oz. We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.  Ingredients: organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, salt Contains: wheat
