The Harry's Chocolate Shop Sweatshirt

French terry is one of my favorite fabrics to wear. It’s comfortable. It’s cool (I’m normally cold). It's no wonder you see it all across the board.  While other pieces are cut short and sweet, I moved the ribbed waistband half way up and added a peplum with open side slits. The icing of the cake? The long bar tacks gave it the finishing touch on the overlapped side seams.  Fun fact: Out of curiosity, I researched Harry's Chocolate Shop and it does exist and has over a 100 years of history! Whaaa??!  It started out as an ice-cream & soda fountain shop in 1919, then turned into a bar in the 30s.
