It has four (4) "feet"/pegs at the bottoms so that it doesn't sit directly on the floor. It comes with handles and a sturdy, adjustable strap so you can carry by hand or on your shoulder. It's also water-resistant so you don't have to worry about your belongings getting wet if you get caught in the rain.
