Cutter Size: Approx. 1.2 inches From top to bottom   Clay Thickness: I typically use a 3mm rolling guide for thickness but the images and videos on here are with the thickest setting on my pasta machine. The detail shows up beautifully on both thicknesses.  Additional Notes: I dip the more detailed cutters in cornstarch before using them and then just use a soft brush to wipe off any excess.
