Pale, milky ground glass carries layered movement—violet lines, smoky forms, and petal-like murrini elements that appear suspended within each link. Some shapes read as botanical, others as geological or anatomical, shifting with light and angle. The rhythm of the chain is unhurried. Individual links vary in shape and density, connected by darkened metal rings that allow the piece to hang freely and move gently with air. As light passes through, interior details emerge and recede, revealing depth rather than surface decoration. This work began as a vessel and was re-formed through cutting, refiring, and careful cold work. Evidence of that process remains visible. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is repeated.
