The result is bigger beans, tending towards more fruity flavor. LIGHT roast / Haraaz Region: Sweet, traditional, and soaring—with a gentle, raspberry/winey ferment. MEDIUM-PLUS roast / Haraaz Region: Clean, balanced, and exquisite; sensation of dried figs and stewed, darker fruits. ("Medium-PLUS" means roasted more than a Medium but less than a Med-Dark.)
