Sourced by the Pearl of Tehama export company. We've worked with them for over a decade. LIGHT roast / Sanani Region: Traditional and tasty. A blend of nutty and citrus notes, with smooth richness that is suggestive of caramelized sugar. MEDIUM roast / Sanani Region: Smooth, balanced, and easy drinking. A touch of nutty, citrus, chocolate, and tradition. DARK roast / Sanani Region: An intensely smooth, creamy, and full-bodied dark roast. You can get lost in its depth.
