Assam Masala Assam Masala is a black tea, made with a perfect balance of cardamom, clove, and cinnamon. It contains medium levels of caffeine and exhibits a full-bodied flavor. It is commonly used as a breakfast tea but is also often enjoyed as an afternoon tea with dessert. Each tin contains roughly 100 grams of loose leaf tea. Ingredients: Black tea, ginger bark, turmeric clove bark, black pepper, galangal, cardamom, cinnamon bark, flavoring Directions: Add 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to approximately 6 oz (180 ml) of water at a temperature of 200-210°F (95-100°C). Allow the tea to brew for about 3-5 minutes and then enjoy!
