South-west exposure. TASTING NOTES Ruby red verging on garnet with aging.  An ethereal bouquet with scents of red fruits, forest fruits and light spicy balsamic. The taste is full-bodied, warm, harmonic, elegant and persistent.  Longer aging makes the wine complex and enveloping. PAIRINGS All the savory dishes of traditional cuisine, especially stews and ripe Pecorino cheese. If possible, uncork the bottle a few hours before serving at a temperature of approx. 20°C.
