REGION Piemonte GRAPE VARIETY 100% Arneis APPELLATION Roero Arneis DOCG, Monticello D'Alba (Roero) TASTING NOTES The Arneis grape is commonly called "the white Nebbiolo" for its delicacy and the care required of the wine grower.  This wine is straw yellow with greenish reflexes and with notes of white flowers,  chamomile, and hints of pear, honey and almond. The bouquet is intriguing, pleasant and delicate. The taste is fresh, mineral, savory and harmonious, with a herbaceous reminiscence and a pleasantly dry and almondy finish. PAIRINGS Particularly indicated with the sweet note of crustaceans and seafood risottos of vegetable soups and creams, it is also excellent with fatty cheeses and oriental dishes, spicy and seasoned with soy sauce.
