Langoustine (Norway Lobster)

If lobster and shrimp had a love child, it would be Langoustines. Also known as Norway lobsters, Dublin Bay prawns, and scampi (in Italian), these decadent crustaceans have a sweet, delicate flavor that can hold its own on any dinner table. Remove the meat from the shell, and choose your cooking method – grilling, sautéing, baking, etc. You can’t go wrong with these deep-sea gems.
