Use aluminum foil to make a tray with raised edges that is slightly larger than the fish. Remove frozen fillet from all packaging and place frozen fillet with marinade in the foil tray to preserve the sauce. Bake or grill for 25-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For food safety, cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured with a food thermometer.
