Ocean Jasper is also referred to as Ocean Spray Agate or Orbicular Jasper, named for its barnacle-like pattern or "orb"-like appearance.  It brings joy and high spirits into ones life & helps to align the solar plexus, heart, & throat chakras.  It's a stone that helps promote emotional stability & gratitude, & helps us stay grounded in the here and now.
