This thyme contains small stems, as if you pulled it from your own garden. If you're making something strained (like a broth or tea), toss the stems in with the leaves. If you're making something like a sauce, pull the stems out before using. This bag is lined with plant-based PLA, and the bag and label are compostable in a commercial facility. Remove the tin tie before composting. Please note: We are a small brick & mortar shop. To best ensure freshness, we don't keep large amounts of herbs or teas in stock. Orders are limited to 8oz per herb or tea.
