Metal top has a floss cutter. Contains one 30m roll of floss in the container. Comes packaged in recyclable paper box. Refill only: Contains one 30m roll of floss only. Comes packaged in recyclable paper box, spool is wrapped in compostable wax paper. Refill 4-pack: 4 rolls of 30m rolls (no container). Same as the single refills, but with a 4 rolls instead of one.
