Charlie Heins runs our partner organization, Aldea Development, in La Union, Honduras. After living there for 6 years, he decided to buy a small coffee farm of his own. This limited-release coffee is called Carlitos, which means little Charlie in Spanish. We have roasted his coffee as a light to medium roast. Tasting Notes: Juicy, Blueberry, Bakers Chocolate.
