Petite Shoulder Tender 8+oz, Grass Fed, Regenerative, Non-Certified

This small, longitudinal cut is shaped like a tiny whole tenderloin roast and is nearly as tender. Perfect for a quick appetizer, the shoulder tender can go on the grill whole with a little garlic, salt, and pepper. Afterwards, cut it into tiny, bite size medallion steaks...a little mouth-watering something that may push the most ardent vegetarian back to complete omnivorosity. Each steak is 8+ oz, comes individually vacuum packed. Although not certified organic, this cut is antibiotic and hormone free, and 100% grass fed.
