Organic Grass Fed Regenerative Beef Eye of Round Roast

True to its name, our organic grass fed eye of round roast is a uniform round shape, which makes for lovely slicing. It is a quite lean roast, but serves up wonderfully when cooked to medium rare. It makes a beautiful dinner centerpiece, or can be thinly sliced the next day for great sandwich meat! Note that this isn't a slow cooker roast; it is best served still pink for excellent flavor and tenderness. Comes vacuum sealed, individually packaged.
