Giant Korean Meatball

Meatloaf meets Korean meatball! This oversized ginger and garlic meatball is slowly simmered in ramen broth then glazed with a Gochujang Korean bbq glaze.  Topped with green onion and sesame. Served alongside fragrant jasmine rice and garlic ginger broccoli. This is a must try!
