Tiffany & Co. Etoile Diamond gold ball earrings in 18 K and platinum size LARGE 10.5mm/ 11mm. So these are incredibly rare and a super special piece. These ball earrings are 100% authentic. I did not like the original posts/ earring backs. We own a jewelry store, so I had our full-time bench jeweler change them to screw backs so that they wouldn’t come off. So while the posts are aftermarket, the do not change the authenticity or value. The balls and diamonds are Tiffany. All of the original Tiffany markings are on the back of the ball earring. This piece has been totally refinished and shines like it just left the Tiffany store.This piece comes in a beautiful presentation box from our store. diamond top pen and sterling silver gift with purchase. The 5.5 mm size is more popular and easier to come by, however these are roughly 11 mm wide which are the larger version and extremely rare.
