Artist StatementThis work came from a moment of introspection—a need to express the remnants of structure within chaos. The linear gestures represent plans that never materialized, conversations that never finished, and systems collapsing inward. I wanted to portray silence as something powerful and precise, not passive. The texture invites the viewer to look closely, to trace each line like a map leading to what’s been left behind but never forgotten.
