Ossuary Bracelet
The ossuary bracelet is not for the faint of heart. Weighing in at more than 165 grams of sterling silver, it is heavy and definitely makes a statement! An ossuary is defined as "a container or room in which the bones of dead people are placed." This bracelet was hand carved and cast with that in mind. It can serve as a piece of modern day memento mori. Each hand sculpted and fabricated bracelet is cast in sterling silver and finished by hand, including a patina to darken the recesses. It is strung on a hand fabricated, sterling silver rope chain with a strong spring clasp (new photos with this clasp coming soon!).
