AM Au-Ge Wire 88% Au / 12% Ge Georo 88% Gold 12% Germanium

AM Au-Ge Gold Brazing Alloy is used primarily on furnace or vacuum braze applications requiring low melting temperatures. Primarily used in the RF and Power Semi-Conductor industries. AM Au-Ge provides a high-strength braze joint on metallized ceramics, Kovar, and Copper. AM Au-Ge is resistant to fatigue stresses and exhibits excellent joint strength. Compare with: Georo, Indalloy 183. Liquidus: 682 Degrees F  Solidus: 682 Degrees F (Eutectic)
