ZIBIBBO MACERATO

How fun is it to say Zibibbo? It is FOR SURE more fun than the grapes traditional name, Muscat of Alexandria. This grape is a true Mediterranean island classic and manifests itself as a Sicilian Summer afternoon idling by with great intentions. We added a special touch and produced this Zibibbo using the skin contact method, giving the wine a unique color, flavor, and body. The palate brings the taste of sweet Jasmine and bold ripe lemons while the finish lingers on a zesty note.
