Barlean's lignan flax oil is cold pressed without the use of heat or solvents. Each drop is protected from damaging heat and light from seed to bottle, offering a potent balance of Omegas 3, 6, and 9 essential fatty acids. Made in the USA since 1992, yogurt, oatmeal or smoothies. Lignan flax oil is unfiltered and contains particles of the whole seed, which like to settle at the bottom of the bottle. This oil can range in color from gold or amber to dark brown, and has a coarser texture along with a more robust flax flavor. Suggested Use: 1-2 Tbsp recommended daily.
