Day Trip Blueberry Amaro

A blueberry-wine base, fortified with yuzu, cherry blossom, makrut lime leaf, and coconut distillates - and made sweeter with Kellogs cornflakes and Rare Tea Cellar Madagascar vanilla syrup. Infused with orris root, quassia, and gentian, Daytrip offers a sip of the end ofvsummer-coming-into-fall at 16% and just a bit of sweetness. It's just as perfect neat as an aperitif/digestif or swapped for Campari in a Negroni, equal parts gin and Blueberry Daytrip with a splash of dry vermouth (optional). Enjoy!   16% abv Suggested Cocktail: Blueberry Bramble 2 oz Blueberry Daytrip 1 oz Gin  1 oz Lemon Juice  .5 oz Simple Syrup Muddle blueberries and basil in glass.  Fill glass with pabble ice.  Pour liquid ingredients over pebble ice.  Garnish with more basil and a tap of powdered sugar.
