Matured for approximately eight months in Symphony Barrels specifically designed for this expression, bringing to life something rich, complex and utterly unpredictable. On the nose A bouquet of sweet and silky flavors, with enduring notes of coconut, vanilla, maple, chocolate, coffee and cooked agave. On the eye Crystal clear, bright and transparent with a powerful body. On the palate Complex notes of maple, caramel, coffee, coconut, toffee, fruity notes of citrus and honey, and cooked agave.
