Color Family: Blue Glitter: No, they're flakes! Size: 0.5 gram in a 0.25oz jar. This is filled by weight and the jar will NOT be full. No seal will be added to jar to ensure fewer flakes get stuck on the seal/lost. Blue Lagoon Flakes are blue with a light greenish/yellow shift. They are so light and easy to apply. They will “melt” into your dip base or gel and lay flat easily. You can apply flakes by sprinkling over your dip base or gel with a fluffy eyeshadow brush, hand placing the flakes or you can try to chrome it by rubbing it into flash cured gel.
