Ms. Lowerey's Thanksgiving Dinner

Date: November 20th, 2022  Time: 3PM Guests: 25 Location: The Grand East    Ms. Lowrey, it was such a pleasure speaking with you on Friday afternoon.  I am so happy that you are considering Chef Tae of Allante's Kitchen to cater this special event for your organization.   Here's the menu we created: Entree Half Honey Glazed Paprika Chicken served with Sautéed Green Beans and Roasted Potatoes Vegetarian Entree Shepherd's Pie   We also discussed you guys will not require serving utensils or servers.  Just wire chafers and sterno.  Your meeting begins at 2pm so I aim to arrive by 1:45pm. But, the sterno's hold heat for 4 hours. Please keep that in mind.  Your total is $12 per person. Totaling $300. Payment will hold your date.
