Dual Compound tie-down cradle with a rubber strap for premier model trunk and hitch racks in color black. Designed for 1" OD tubing. Note: this will work as a replacement tie-down cradle on all Allen trunk, spare tire, and hitch racks, but due to a difference in length vs. Deluxe cradles the tubular spacers between the tie-downs may need to be shortened.
