Add the noodles after your water has come to a boil, then add cold water to the pot periodically until cooked to avoid the noodles breaking apart. Stir- frying is not recommended. Enjoy it hot or chilled in dashi - a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, with a dipping sauce or in refreshing salads. Alternatively wrap it in toasted nori to make delicious noodle sushi.
