Turning I: Spindles - Private Class

This introductory turning class teaches students the safe use and function of the lathe and other turning tools. Each student will learn the process of turning a spindle and will make either a carver's mallet, rolling pin, honey dippers or a candlestick holder.  After taking this class, students can continue on to Turning II: Bowls. All tools and materials are included. Total class time is 4 hours and limited to one student.
