CUSTOM PARING KNIFE SET

This custom order paring knife set was hand forged from MagnaCut Stainless Steel. The handles were sculpted from stabilized Black Hornbeam and Bolivian Rosewood in a contrasting arrangement with curved accents. One blade is a traditional paring knife and the other is a birds beak profile.   This was gift from a husband to his wife who is a professional Chef. She is from Bolivia so that is why Bolivian Rosewood was selected as a handle material. The handles were finished with tung oil and then hand-rubbed with a mixture of purified mineral oil and beeswax. Every step of this process was completed by me creating a one of a kind, hand-forged knife.
