Pack of Prolene XRF film in carrier frames for Bruker S2 Ranger sample cups.  This Prolene XRF film is 4um thick and comes in a pack of 100 carrier frames. This film is for use with S2 Ranger sample cups. Each thin film has a 3 inch diameter and has a perforated edge allowing the film carrier to be easily removed.
