Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning

This blend opens with a sweet and salty rush, followed by spicy heat and smoky aromatics. It has a clean, tart, citrusy finish. It’s delicious on seafood, rubbed on turkey legs and put them in the smoker, or in pulled pork. Bake up a batch of crispy cauliflower. Sprinkle over homemade hummus for a little sweet heat and texture. Stir into lentils. Make a compound butter to put over steak, shrimp, chicken, or baked potatoes. The possibilities are endless!
