Ivy's Ajika

Created by our team lead Ivy, this Georgian spice blend is floral, tangy, garlicky, sweet and spicy. Wonderful sprinkled on Khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread), used as a rub for meat, or melded into a compound butter to spread on anything. Adds a big something extra to rich corn dishes such as polenta or grits. Ivy's Ajika elevates pretty much everything it touches!
