Filled with phyto-nutrients, this herbal tea helps to bring a healthy balance from within.  Ingredients: Raspberry leaves*, Nettles*, Dandelion*, Lemon Myrtle, Linden, Chamomile*, Oat straw*, Mint*. (*Organic ingredients). Directions: Use 1 tsp. of tea per 8 oz cup of filtered water. Steep at 212 F for   5  - 7 minutes or to your preferred taste.
