Waist Beads

Traditionally, waist beads can be for their healing and therapeutic powers, fashion, as a form of birth control, or as a way of monitoring or maintaining ones weight.  🌼 Length of each strand is approximately 45-50 inches. 🌼 All Beads are Tie On🌼 Beads are made with Strong cotton or Polyester threads to prevent any allergic reactions *Tie Closure: You have more flexibility with sizing up to 50 inches and excess beads can be removed.  Each order comes with one strand of waist beads.  How to Measure: Stand up straight, hold the tape measure behind you, and bring it around your waist to meet at your navel.  Make sure the tape measure is against your bare skin and the tape should be parallel to the floor and fit around your torso without digging into your skin. Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where zero end meets the other end of the tape measure.  Measure again for accuracy, also remember think about where you want them to fall on your waist.
