Otoño (which translates to "fall" in Spanish) captures the essence of fall in a cup—rich, warm, and just a little smoky. Sourced from the family-owned farms of Finca Terrerito and its high-elevation sister farm Finca La Unica, this coffee is grown by Adelmo & Leticia Lopez between 1,000–1,400 MASL in the fertile mountains of Honduras. A blend of Parainema, Lempira, and Obata varieties, Otoño combines both wet-washed and honey-processed beans, bringing together the crisp clarity of washed coffee with the syrupy depth of honey processing. Roasted to a medium level, Otoño balances comforting sweetness with a lively, rounded acidity. Expect notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar, lifted by a hint of smoked orange.
