Roast Story:   Passion is our first ever post roast coffee blend, which essentially means that we roast two coffees separately and then blend them together “post roast” to create the unique profile of Passion. Although our post roast recipe for Passion is a secret, we will spill the beans and assure you that this coffee is an amazing mixture of two of our favorite roasts. Passion is a very approachable cup of coffee that will be sure to please everyone in your household.   Origin Story: This roast is a blend between two coffees, one from Finca La Unica and the other from Finca Terrerito. Finca Terrerito (Finca T) is our main Alma Family Farm in Honduras. Founded in the 1960s, this is where we do the bulk of processing and quality control on our coffee before they make their way here to our roastery in North Georgia.  Not only does most of our coffee come from Finca T, but it is also where we house all our state-of-the-art equipment.
